“The Forest Service Conservation Education and International Programs staffs, the Prince William Network, and multiple partners coordinate ‘MonarchLive—A Distance Learning Adventure.’ MonarchLIVE is an online repository of education and informational resources, webinars, and live broadcasts around the theme of monarch butterflies” (USFS 2015).
The project uses distance-learning and hands-on activities to promote monarch conservation and student-led research projects with classrooms across North America.
